For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document. Where the context requires, references to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.

Access to gotbet and participation in any betting or gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met and continue to be met for the duration of your use of the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any activity on gotbet. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. gotbet strictly prohibits underage gambling. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full KYC age-verification review. Any winnings generated by an underage Player will be forfeited and, where applicable, returned to the payment source.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

gotbet is operated as an English-language platform serving the Bangladesh market. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using gotbet is lawful in your jurisdiction. gotbet does not warrant that the services offered are appropriate or available for use in any location outside of its intended market. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and liability.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court injunction, or other legal restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services. Players who have previously self-excluded from gotbet and have not formally concluded their self-exclusion period are not permitted to register a new account or access the platform by any other means during that period.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on gotbet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, a shared device, a shared IP address, or through any other mechanism — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. gotbet employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited.

To access the full range of features on gotbet — including deposits, withdrawals, live betting, and casino games — you must complete the registration process and, where required, submit identity verification documents as part of the KYC process.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. The information required includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. gotbet reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other individual to access your account, or use any automated method to access the platform. gotbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

gotbet is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and in certain other circumstances. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, account closure.

All financial transactions on gotbet are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). gotbet supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected to serve players across Bangladesh, including mobile financial services and traditional banking channels.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. gotbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder may be returned to the source without crediting the gotbet wallet. gotbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which gotbet accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The name on the receiving MFS account or bank account must match the name registered on the gotbet account exactly. gotbet reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawals may be delayed if the account has an outstanding KYC review, an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, or a pending security check.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

gotbet operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account where transaction patterns are unusual or where deposits substantially exceed historical norms. Players must not use the gotbet platform for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Any account suspected of engaging in such activity will be reported to relevant authorities and funds may be withheld pending investigation.

gotbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket tournaments such as the BPL and T20 World Cup, as well as Bangladeshi cultural events including Pohela Boishakh and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer and the general conditions set out in this section.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified per promotion. Incomplete wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• gotbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed and in-play.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

gotbet actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, and exploiting errors or system anomalies — will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, potential account suspension, and recovery of any funds improperly gained through such activity. gotbet's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

All bets placed and games played on gotbet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type, as published on the platform at the time of wagering. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on gotbet.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

gotbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after the outcome of an event is known (commonly referred to as "late betting"), bets placed using odds that were published in error, and bets placed by accounts under active review. A bet is not confirmed until the platform issues a bet reference number and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the Player's account balance.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or incorrectly displayed odds, gotbet reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. This applies to casino games as well as sports betting markets. Winnings derived from a manifest error in odds or game outcomes will not be paid and the relevant bets will be voided. gotbet will not be liable to Players for any loss, inconvenience, or damage resulting from technical failures outside gotbet's reasonable control.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are subject to additional rules specific to each sport. Odds on live markets change continuously to reflect match conditions. gotbet cannot guarantee that in-play odds will remain available at the displayed price for any specific duration. Bets are only accepted when the platform confirms acceptance — if connectivity is lost between placing a bet and receiving confirmation, the bet is not considered placed until confirmation is received.

6.4 Casino Game Rules

All casino games on the gotbet platform — including slots, live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, live andar bahar, crash games, and game shows — operate under the rules defined by the respective game providers (including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as defined by the relevant provider and are available upon request.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gotbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the account of another Player without their explicit consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to access the platform, place bets, or interact with games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise arise under normal platform operation.
• Attempting to launder money, commit fraud, or use the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions restricted to one claim per person.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward gotbet staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or proprietary data of any part of the gotbet platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gotbet's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gotbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption to gaming activity, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Player's inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance; (b) any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank; (c) any error, omission, or inaccuracy in the information displayed on the platform; or (d) any event outside gotbet's reasonable control, including power failures, internet outages, or government-imposed service restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your gotbet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Upon receiving your request, gotbet will process any verified real-money balance outstanding in your account after deducting any Bonus Balance that has not met its applicable wagering requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period rather than permanently closing their account. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be reactivated before the elected period expires. gotbet will not send any marketing communications to self-excluded Players during their exclusion period. For permanent self-exclusion, contact support and the account will be irrevocably closed.

9.3 Closure by gotbet

gotbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) gotbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (c) the Player has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) the Player is found to be under 18 years of age; or (e) gotbet determines that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other Players. Where closure is due to a breach by the Player, gotbet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

gotbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gotbet will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9.1 of these Terms & Conditions. gotbet recommends that all Players review the current version of these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of the conditions governing their use of the platform.

In the event of any conflict between translated versions of these Terms & Conditions and the English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.
